When will Poland open its borders to Vietnam and during coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2021?
2019 divided the history of most countries into «before» and «after». We are talking about a pandemic that has swept the whole world. The SARS-CoV-2 virus was first identified among residents of Hubei province (China). In just a few months, a disease called Covid-19 has spread to the inhabitants of the entire planet. Vietnam and Poland were not an exception.
Why is covid so dangerous? Regardless of the level of development of a particular state, medical care and other factors, millions of people have become victims of the coronavirus. According to the latest data, this figure is 238 257 028 people, among the total — 4 857 241 deaths. The main symptoms of the disease are: shortness of breath, high fever, dry cough, loss of taste and smell. The world’s leading countries have developed or are working on the production of their own vaccines that protect against COVID-19. Naturally, vaccination is not a 100% guarantee of protection against coronavirus, however, when infected, the disease is transferred much easier.
According to current data (statistics for Tuesday, 12 October 2021), the number of cases in Poland is 2 923 304 people, total deaths are 75 869, and 177 747 are sick right now. Such statistics forced the government of the state of Poland to impose certain restrictions on flights and border crossing.

Authorities have lifted zoning measures and are implementing eased restrictions in Hanoi. Officials have lifted internal checkpoints and permit requirements to travel within Hanoi. Public gatherings are limited to 10 people. Some nonessential businesses like hairdressers and shopping malls may resume operations. However, authorities advise the residents to leave their homes only for essential reasons like purchasing groceries and visiting a doctor. Hanoi continues to maintain entry and exit rules with 23 checkpoints around the city’s borders; individuals traveling from areas under social distancing orders must obtain approval to enter Hanoi. Public transport remains suspended.Officials have eased restrictions in Ho Chi Minh City starting Oct. 1. Under the new measures, residents who have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose within 14 days or recovered from COVID-19 within six months can leave their homes and be outside. Entry and exit controls in Ho Chi Minh remain in place; travelers must submit a request to the Transport Department to enter. Most businesses like malls, food establishments for takeaways, financial and legal institutions, hospitality facilities, and offices may reopen, among others. Exhibitions, business meetings, and conferences may take place, though indoor activities are limited to at most 10 people and up to 70 people if all participants fully vaccinated.
