Открыты ли границы на сегодняшний день? Ответ на этот вопрос зависит от многих факторов, таких как способ путешествия (на поезде, на самолете, на машине и пр.), направления. Также особое значение имеет свежая статистика касательно общего количества зараженных коронавирусом, действующие способы профилактики, карантинные меры.
Безопасно ли сейчас путешествовать?
Досмотр в аэропорту, длинные очереди к стойке регистрации, ожидание вылета вместе с сотнями и даже тысячами незнакомых людей, несколько часов пребывания в самолёте с другими пассажирами заставляет нас задуматься о безопасности таких перелётов.
Вы должны знать общие рекомендации по безопасности и здоровью, отслеживать и соблюдать изменения в местном и государственном уровне.
На входе в здание аэропорта в обязательном порядке измеряют температуру. Речь идёт не только о пассажирах, но и о членах экипажа, встречающих, сотрудниках аэропорта и пр. Непосредственно перед посадкой повторно используют тепловизоры и бесконтактные термометры.
В терминалах аэровокзала, в такси, общественном транспорте, во время перелёта в обязательном порядке следует использовать маски (если есть возможность, защитные экраны для лица).
Салоны самолётов некоторых перевозчиков оборудованы HEPA – специальными воздушными фильтрами. Для сокращения числа личных контактов между пассажирами на аэровокзалах было введено одностороннее движение по терминалам.
Ещё один важный момент: изменился даже подход авиакомпаний к так называемому «бортовому питанию». Лучше всего захватить перекус из дома. Главное, заранее проверьте требования руководства авиакомпаний к продуктам в ручной клади.
Таким образом, путешествия возможны при условии соблюдения всех мер безопасности.
Особенности въезда иностранцев на территорию Чехии
В Чехии бары и рестораны работают с ограничениями, все магазины работают без ограничений. Общественные мероприятия (выставки, концерты, музеи и пр.) разрешены, но с ограничениями.
На момент (Четверг, 30 Декабрь 2021) Чехия доступна для туристов, но с ограничениями. При этом важно соблюдать правила и требования, которые регламентированы внутренними документами. Вот что сообщают официальные источники для туристов, планирующих приехать в Чехию:
The Czech Republic bans travel from South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique and Zambia
Third-country nationals who do not have any residence permit issued by the Czech Republic or long-term or permanent residence permit issued by another EU+ country can travel only for essential reasons. This rule does not apply to the citizen of countries with a low risk of transmission of COVID-19.

Fully vaccinated travelers are exempt from testing and self-isolation.
Persons who are fully vaccinated in Czech citizens and EU+ country if at least 14 days from the last dose have elapsed (the digital EU certificate or a national certificate are required)The following conditions apply to travellers who have stayed more than 12 hours in the last 14 days in the country of departure, and who will stay in Czechia for more than 12 hours:
Low-risk (green) countries:
- Negative pre-departure antigen (48 hours) / PCR (72 hours) test before or after arrival (within 5 days).
- Exception from testing for:
- Persons who had COVID-19 in a EU+ country in the last 180 days (it is necessary to have the digital EU certificate or a written medical certificate from the EU+ country where the isolation was completed)
- Persons fully vaccinated in a EU+ country if at least 14 days from the last dose have elapsed (the digital EU certificate or a national certificate are required)
- Czech citizens and EU+ citizens fully vaccinated in a third country with the EMA approved vaccination if at least 14 days from the last dose have elapsed (a certificate is required, whose sample is published on the Ministry of Health website).- Necessary to fill in the Passenger Locator Form
Medium-risk (orange) countries:
- Negative pre-departure antigen (48 hours) / PCR (72 hours) test before or after arrival (within 5 days)

- PCR test on the 5th day after arrival at the earliest and self-isolation until the negative result.
- Exception from testing and self-isolation apply for the following categories
- Persons who had COVID-19 in a EU+ country in the last 180 days (the digital EU certificate or a written medical certificate from the EU+ country where the isolation was completed are required)
- Persons fully vaccinated in a EU+ country if at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (the digital EU certificate or a national certificate are required)
- Czech citizens and EU+ citizens fully vaccinated in a third country with the EMA approved vaccination if at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (a certificate is required, whose sample is published on the Ministry of Health website)- Necessary to fill in the Passenger Locator Form
Very high-risk (dark red) countries:
- Negative pre-departure PCR test (72 hours) before arrival (citizens and residents of -Czechia can undergo antigen test and if they travel by individual transport they are not required to undergo further testing upon arrival)
- PCR test on the 5th day after arrival at the earliest and self-isolation until the negative result.
- Exception from testing and self-isolation for
- Persons who had COVID-19 in a EU+ country in the last 180 days (the digital EU certificate or a written medical certificate from the EU+ country where the isolatio was completed are required)
- Persons fully vaccinated in a EU+ country after at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (the digital EU certificate or a national certificate are required)
- Czech citizens and EU+ citizens fully vaccinated in a third country with the EMA approved vaccination if at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (a certificate is required, whose sample is published on the Ministry of Health website)- Necessary to fill in the Passenger Locator Form
Extreme risk (grey) countries:
- Only citizens and residents of Czechia, foreign nationals with a long-term residence permit and accredited members of diplomatic missions, are allowed to enter Czechia from extreme risk countries. The following conditions apply
- Negative pre-departure PCR test (72 hours) before arrival (citizens and residents of Czechia can undergo antigen test and if they travel by individual transport they are not required to undergo further testing upon arrival)
- Self-isolation until a further negative result to 2 PCR tests – 1st taken within 24 hours after arrival, plus a 2nd PCR test taken no earlier than day 10 after arrival
- Exception from testing and self-isolation for:
- Persons who had COVID-19 in a EU+ country in the last 180 days (it is necessary to have the digital EU certificate on it or a written medical certificate from the EU+ country where the isolation was completed)
- Persons fully vaccinated in the EU+ countries if at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (the digital EU certificate or a national certificate are required)
- Czech citizens and EU+ citizens fully vaccinated in a third country with the EMA approved vaccination if at least 14 days from the application of the last dose have elapsed (a certificate is required, whose sample is published on the Ministry of Health website)Travellers must fill in the Passenger Locator Form (https://plf.uzis.cz/) before arrival
